Our 45-day comfort promise
We want you to wear your NIORA tank in real life before you decide. You have 45 days from the day your order is delivered to try it at home. Wear it, wash it, sleep in it. If it isn't right for you, we'll refund you in full.
Free returns
We pay for return shipping. Sending something back costs you nothing.
How to start a return or exchange
Email us at cadencebrandssystems@gmail.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or a different size. We reply within one business day and send you simple return instructions and a prepaid return label. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can match your return to your order.
Size exchanges
If the size isn't right, we'll swap it for another size at no cost, subject to availability. If the size you need is out of stock, we'll refund you instead.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll let you know and refund your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 45 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
