Processing
We prepare your order within 1 to 7 business days of purchase. As soon as it ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

We currently ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country isn't listed, email us and we'll let you know when we can reach you.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or it arrives damaged, email us at cadencebrandssystems@gmail.com with your order number. We'll look into it straight away and make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
